For lunch and dinner, as well as self-service takeaway, the menu offers a one-way ticket around the globe, exploring its diverse cultures and gastronomic traditions.
The Mediterranean...
highlights the sunny and fresh products and recipes from Italy and the South of France. Mozzarella and Italian charcuteries, Niçoise salad to start, followed by a tender chicken fillet cooked at low temperature with a lemony sauce, or trofie with basil pesto, pine nuts, and Parmesan.
Asia...
and its umami flavors. With the help of your chopsticks, savor edamame, a tuna tataki coated in yuzu ponzu sauce, a vegetarian poke bowl with tempura corn, glazed salmon with unagi sauce, or a breaded veal cutlet Tonkatsu style served with tonnato sauce and rice.
